Working with User Requests (0365 User Resources List)
The User Resource Management Flow seamlessly integrates with the 0365 User Resources list, providing an intuitive interface for managing resource workflows. A custom form is created upon app installation, allowing for efficient initiation of workflows for users sourced directly from Azure AD.
Adding a New Request
When a user opens the New Item form:
◉ User Selection
● The User field dynamically pulls data from Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
● Upon selecting a user, essential fields such as name, position, email, and office are automatically populated for convenience and accuracy.
◉ Job Title Selection
● The Select a Job dropdown displays all created Job Titles.
● Related resources are auto-populated upon selection.
◉ Resources
● The Select Resources field lists all resources linked to the chosen Job Title.
● Users can mark the process as a returning process.
◉ Links
● Displays approval steps from the Job Title (grouped steps and names).
◉ Submit
● Clicking Submit creates a new entry in the list.
● A workflow for the selected user starts, showing the full resource issuance/return process.

New Workflow Form
This module makes initiating and tracking resource workflows effortless, aligning with organizational goals for streamlined operations and improved productivity.
Viewing Existing Requests
Once a request is created, opening a user`s record that displays:
◉ Detailed User Info (Name, position, email, office).
◉ Tables of active and completed workflows.
◉ A resource table with status (Pending, Allocated).

This feature ensures that resource management remains structured and user-centric, with all essential details readily accessible in a single, user-friendly interface.
Viewing Approval Diagram
In the Workflows table, next to an active workflow, there`s a Diagram button that opens a visual approval page:
◉ Each approval step in the workflow is displayed in a clear, easy-to-understand diagram.
◉ Clicking on a specific step in the diagram opens an action form: Approve/Reject for the resources tied to that step.
◉ Approvals are made by roles based on the Job Title Flow.

Approval Diagram
This feature streamlines the approval process by combining visual guidance with actionable functionality, enhancing both workflow management and user experience.
Issuing & Returning Resources
◉ If resources have already been issued, users can create a separate return request.
◉ The Select Resources field will offer a returning option, and a new flow starts to revoke previously granted access or equipment.
